History Conversion - Keep in Touch with the Past

JGI has developed an application-agnostic History Conversion model that allows organizations to convert their “legacy” personal, job, employment, benefits, and payroll data into a stand-alone application that allows the static historical data to be accessed and used as needed.
JGI’s History Conversion application model is built using Access as the user-interface with either a SQL-Server or Oracle database. The data is converted ‘as-is’ and no translates are required to reference the current business rule structure used in your current HCM system.
